Anyone heard of D2

Nope, but they look pretty and offer more adjustments than 3 jtmcinder's combined.

I don't see the Al body being too street savy. What are your plans for the car? There is no mention of spring rates.

Springrates on the D2 coilovers are 11kg/9kg.

It is going to be an all around car, street, drag, auto X.

Care to explain this?

Just a bad joke I guess.

You point out loads of options for our suspension questions... these have what 33 settings? I think that is more than enough, don't you?

I contacted Martin from the speed factor and he said the 2g AWD system is backorder for now. I have already ordered mine and am waiting on them... a few weeks i guess. I'm not in a hurry anyways my car's sitting in the garage for the winter. I ordered them with optional 9/7 sping rates, since the standard 11/9 seems a little harsh for street/road race use.

I've been told they were 36 way adjustable, and had preload and damping force individually adjustable.

I just can't wait to get them. I'm sick of my stock ride height. I'll give your some updates as soon as I get them installed.

I wish I could see a better picture of them.

For what it's worth, D2 is a Taiwanese based production, not Japanese. They have nothing to do with the "D2" branded cars you see in the DTM market, as D2 there is a telecom operation.

11/9 kg/mm is stiff, but it could be bearable on the street. Depends on how they valve the shocks.

hey folks, i can provide all the pics your guys want when our next batch comes in tomorrow. I have a set on the way for my own GSX aswell. ;)

You can choose a spring rate for your coilovers so all you have to do is let us know what you are most comfortable with and we will make it happen.

D2 is indeed a Taiwanese company but i don't think that should discredit the product at all. We have had tremendous sucess with them and recommend them quite confidently.

Hey Martin, what would you recommend as far as spring rates for a daily driven 1G AWD? I won't be putting this thing in the weeds either, maybe about as much drop as Sportlines (adjustable length shock bodies OWN). Thanks.
