1g FWD wheel and slicks setup

Wondering what wheels and slicks setup you 1g guys are using? There are just so many choices out there. I want to get some ideas. Also I have the 3k gt brake upgrade. Whats the smallest wheel size that will fit over them. Thanks in advance.

I have 24.5 8 15 MTs on some explorer 15 by 7 from a local yard wheels. It works but they stick out way too much. I 'm currently looking at some other a bit wider with more offset rims.
