Question Which Tire for GS-T

I'm going to change the stock wheels and tire on my 95 GS-T, now the car got only K&N FIPK but I tink that soon it got at least 300-315 hp, which tire is reccommended for these power range??? Here in Italy change tire to cars is quite hard, because some size was not legal.....usually mitsubishi italy let us put 205/55 R17 205/50 R17 and 215/50 R17 but I think that 225 or 235 will work better, what do you think about that??

215/50 R17 are too small????

I run 245/45/16 on 3000gt wheels(16x8) on my gs-t. I am running a 60 trim and traction isn't too much of a problem as long as you ease into the throttle in first and second.

C'mon man, you didn't even have to search, there are two threads STICKIED at the top of this forum covering this subject:

Tires .... which are best ?

Best Wheel/Tire setup for a Road Course

And if your profile info is correct and you are in Italy, you have some pretty good tire selections over there in Europe(Pirelli, Michelin, Bridgestone) that we can't get over here. Any one of the big names will be fine.
