i drove this kids 92 talon tsi, its in pretty good shape but the front end passenger side feels like clunky an i can hear something moving around when turing or hitting a bump. what could this be? thanks

One likley canadate could be controll arm bushings. It is hard to diagnose somethig like that over the internet though. If you are thinking about buying the car and don't know and mechanicly inclined DSMers or other car people I would take it to a mechanic and ask for a pre purchase inspection. It should be around $60 an could save you a lot in the long term. Mention the sound, they can take it for a test drive, put it on the lift and give you an idea of what's wrong with it. If it is something like controll arm bushings it could be an easy fix and as long as you got a decent deal it could be well worth it.

the guy selling it is telling me that its the struts and the bushings like yo usaid, its a 92 awd laser not a talon, my mistake, its in decent conditon, interior is clean an so is the exterior, he wants 42400 an it has 130k miles. idk if that would be a good deal or not.

I don't know what Bluebook is on that car but what I do in a situation like that is take blue book value of the overall condition, find out top end what the cost of the repair will cost and subtract that cost. So you offer him blubook minus the cost of the repairs. If he is already asking less than that beware of other potential problems with the car but if there are none take what you can get.
I am assuming you mean $4,200

I just figured it out. your post says42400, I wasn't sure if you meant 42,000, 4,200 or 2,400 but I think you were going for the dollar sign and missed the caps, at least I hope so. From what I know 2,400 doesn't seem too bad.
What's blue book on it?

my bad i meant $2400. blue book is around that i think
