Aftermarket suspension lighter then stock or is it all about them same or heavier? Also anyone know how much the rear wing weighs?

About the same for the springs and shocks (at least when comparing stock to Konis and Ground Controls), although Bilsteins are heavier than the low-pressure twin tubes that most people run. You could save some weight replacing the control arms, but the money would be better spent on the wheels and brakes, IMO.
