Ideal Spring rates for GC Coilovers

What is typically the ideal spring rate setup for GC Coilovers for a FWD? I am going with Adjustable Koni Yellow stocks.

Ideal? Ideal to whom? My ideal is bone-jarring to some one else. Tell us what you want to do with your car and that will be a good starting place.

Mostly Street runs from 50 & up pulls with occasional trips to the Track.
This is my daily driver.
