Sup... I just want to know if ne 1 knows a better way to drop this car more to the ground. I want prolly another 1/2" or 1" drop. I am using coilovers and put it as low as possible. But for some reason i feel like it needs a lower drop. N e suggestions would be helpfull. Thanx

Why do you say this? Is it because the cut springs wouldn't have a high enough rate for the amount of lowering, or is it for some other reason?

Yeah. And if the springs were to be cut, wouldn't it wear out the shocks faster as well?

I think the agx shocks are made for lowering.... or am i confusing it with some other shocks....

I dont think cutting off one coil would affect your shocks that much.

But if you lower it more you could grind on bumps on the road.. its already low. But if you live where there are no bumps.. Slam it as low as you can LOL

LOL. So i'm guessing majority votes that the ride is low as is huh? I live in nyc, so the bumps are pretty bad. I've seen other 1 g's that are lower than mine, and i just want to know how they did it. But I guess i'll stick with the height.

How far down on the shock is the collar?

Also upper mounts like RRE's 1g camber plates will help...

Koni shocks will be needed...

You need to move the springs upper pad higher and the shock rod mount higher too.

You will need the camber adjustment... Going that low will effect it too much not to correct.

I'd also raise the rear a bit too. It looks a bit odd with more gap infront than the rear..
