Man I just got my rims in the mail, 18x7.5 +43 offset with 225/40/18 Pirelli PZero Nero tires, and I put em on and everything but whenever I take off a lil fast in first I hear a slight squeaking sound in the back. Are my tires rubbing against the fender or something?
I was thinking that maybe I need a camber kit or just have my camber corrected so that rubbing doesnt occur. I had 17s on there before with 205/40 (i know, the tires werent the right size) and this never happened even with four people in the car.
The guy I bought the rims from (wheeloptions.com) said that a lot of customers that come to him to get rims who have lowered cars get their fenders rolled. I wasn't too sure of what this was and he explained it to me and maybe I should do that IF there is rubbing. My car (95 GS-T) has Ground Control Coil Overs with Eibach Springs and Tokico HP Series shocks and its lowered like 2 inches all around.
Also are my tires the right size for the wheels? cos I think the stock wheels are 16s with 205/50/16 tires right?
It really sucks to have a new set of rims but have this problem stuck in the back of your mind so any kind of help will be appreciated.
