squeaking noise when I turn sterring wheel and go over bumps?

Just like it says, I have a squeaking noise that occurs when I turn the wheel and when I go over bumps, I still have stock suspension. The noise comes from the front left wheel well area.....
anyone know the prob?

Balljoints are shot. Either get the recall done if it hasn't already or replace the lower lateral arms.
