whats the stock offset of the wheels and if i buy aftermarket 19" what offset should i get? thanx

stock offset is 46... aftermarket offset depends on manufacturer but try to come close to or a bit less than 46... 40ish is good imo but again depends on aftermarket rims type

do u think i can use 19" hre with +48 offset?

It'll be close, I don't think it's worth the risk...
