Lowering the car?

What's the main difference between lowering the car and not?

And why sometimes people lower their front for 2" and 1.5" at the back whilees others do 2" both?

cleaner as long as u dont slam it. i dont think id go too much lower than mine. to explain how it looks even better it makes the car look meaner and more aggressive looking.

A lot of the time the rear sits lower so thats why they lower the front more.
