CALLING ALL DSM'ers!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone seems to be liking the idea of having a monthly meeting, but nobody is getting anything together. I made the suggestion so i guess I'll do my best at trying to set it up. I think it would be a good idea to have a set weekend of every month to do this. Does everyone agree the the first weekend of each month would suffice? We could start doing this in September, that way everyone has a chance to find out about it. I know not everyone gets on here all the time. Please if anyone has an idea of where to meet up at in Baton Rouge, post it so we can give input on it. Also the time at which would benefit and the day of that weekend. Lets get this ball rolling.

That's one of the questions at hand. I'm not from BR, but my girlfriend goes to school at LSU. I'll be making the drive that way a lot come the end of this month. I should be able to figure out a good place for us to meet. It would be nice to choose a spot where there is a restaurant or some sort of food place. I think it would be nice for everyone to chat and possibly grab a bite to eat. Like I said any input on where we should meet will be taken into consideration.

I'm game for anything. I'm a little new to the DSM crowd, but I love get togethers. I'm down here in Houston, I don't know if there are any DSMers in Houston, but if we can get something together every month, we should alternate locations as well.

It would be nice to set one up.I'm near houston.I'm still trying too find a turbo, so don't set it up to quick.

Yall should get something started over in Houston while we are working on our meet. Then once yall have gotten use to meeting monthly and we have too, we could plan a big meet of both. Maybe once every 2 to 3 months would great. I love it when DSM'ers pull together from different regions. Different ppl with the same love for one big pain in the ass yet fun life style. DSM

i would'nt mind driving far every once in a while.........

I can remember meeting up with a bunch of guys from Htowndsm on Westhimer on accident. Unfortunately I didn't know anyone and all my local people were down the road. This was years ago when Westhimer was fun.
