Here is a quote from a local board in Mississippi on a race that is going down here soon, just trying to get the word out! Race will be taking place in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. In the process of making a flyer right now so I will get it posted as soon as its ready!
Flag man will be dressed as Santa Clause and there will be no tree use, just a flagger!

"www.torqueaddicts.net First Annual Santa Clause Shootout will take place on December 22nd at Hub City Dragway. Gates will open at 7 pm. This will be a Street Car Shootout open to to the public. Grudge racing is welcome, and all are invited to come. At 9 pm the REAL STREET CAR SHOOTOUT wil begin. This will be a flagged style street race, all heads up, run what you brung and hope you brought enough.

The shootout has been rescheduled to next friday, December 29. Same times and prices, they just wanted to make sure that it would not rain, because of the long drive some would be experiencing.

Ok, tomorrow is the day! The racing/shootout will take place tomorrow. I hope to see some of ya'll there... Won't be in the eclipse though, I'll be in the corvette. Good Luck getting there and let's HOPE it doesn't rain, even though it isn't supposed to.
