Anyone want to lend a hand in DFW

Just wanted to see if anyone wanted to help me with a 91gst project. I have a apt and no tools or a garage to work on the car. I need to install the head, tbelt etc to get the car running. maybe even build the block up. anyone want to help out on a project???? I'm in Arlington. Thanks alot guys

Are you still looking for help pennywise? I have a 92 eagle talon and have already done all that work before. I also have worked at a performance shop so i am very capable of doing pretty much what ever it is you want to do. Although Arlington is a little far considering my box is way to big to put in my car.

what kind of help exactly? Like i said im kinda limited because of all my tools are here at home.

Balance shaft elimination, timing belt, water pump and head gastket.

I have PLENTY of tools, im not a complete idiot when it comes to cars, i have done a few clutches, tranny swaps, electrical work etc. Im gathering the parts that i need right now, if you have any advise on the parts let me know.

sounds good dfwaltima. Just let me know when about you are going to start working on it and maybe i can take a drive overthere to lend a helping hand. Have you even started takeing everything apart yet? If not good you should wait until you are ready with everything. It is very easy to lose parts by leaving it alone for awhile.

i have taken just the valve cover apart to mess with the lifters, i wanted to prime them them put them back in to see if it did any changes, but im not done yet.

why? are you haveing that anouing lifter tapeing noise that these DSMs are good for?

I could live with the tapping noise, it was a lil worse than tapping thought.
