hello, i have up for sale an 87 conquest tsi.
it has the 2.6L 4 cyl engine,
rwd
5 speed
turbocharged
it is running about 13 lbs of boost
the car is absolutely flawless, no tears in the leather, no rust, a very clean and solid car.
the motor has around 120,000 on it.
all maitence work has been kept up on it.
as of the last 500 miles this is what has all been replaced:
spark plugs/ wires
ignition coil
distributor cap/ rotor
injectors
fuel pump
fuel filter
fuel pressure regulator
lemans racing tires
new gaskets
the clutch was replaced before i purchased the car, has about 2000 on it now. i beleive it is some sort of aftermarket clutch, it grabs very strong.
the car for the most part is stock. the only aftermarket parts in it are:
manual boost controller
injectors
muffler
clutch
these cars have an indestructable rotating assembly, which makes them great for a winter project car for those diehard drag racers.
i have never beaten on the car, it has never seen a launch, redline, or anything of that sort.
the reason that it has so many miles is the owners that had the car before me, which bought the car brand new, used it as a daily driver.
they were about 50 when they bought it, and it was a grandma driving it for about 80% of its life.
the car has never seen snow, and only a handful of times was it drivin in the rain.
that about sums it up,
im looking to get 3500 for the car.
