So you're saying you picked up a new key for your lock and when you operate it you hear the locks release (but only when the locks are supposed to be unlocked) -- otherwise, when you try to open the door it remains locked? Sounds like you're at war with remote door open/lock functionality. I can only suggest getting a dealer involved. Best wishes dude
