Help Need to Rebuild my engine

Hey guys I am in a bit of a dilema here, I live in Las Vegas, NV and my brother is giving me his 91 Eagle Talon TSI AWD. The problem is the car has a blown engine, he drove the car with practically no oil I was going to ship the car to Vegas however the prices are crazy. I figured I might as well fix it at El Paso and drive it back to Vegas. I was wondering if you guys knew of a local shop or guy who can do this for a reasonably good price. The car has a few mods like a big 16g, bigger injectors, and some other things my brother forgot SMH. Im not trying to be cheap I was just looking for a decent price. I appreciate your help and your response is greatly appreciated.

So you need someone to pull the engine, tear it down, get whatever machine work done, reassemble, and then drop it back in? Or are you just looking for someone to assemble an engine for you, and you'll do everything else?
