Car moves when i push clutch in????

Ok, whenever i have the car in 1st or reverse with the clutch pedal still pushed in the car just starts rolling at a good speed. i am not giving it any gas. also putting it in almost every gear it grinds. what does this sound like? any advice?

im not sure so im going out on a limb here, but maybe your clutch isn't engaging all the way and when the clutch is to the ground that is the friction point, but there is a way to adjust that i just dont know how
