rebuild crankwalk?

i have a 2g gst and recently got a bad case of crankwalk. Ive been surious to what i should do now. Buy a 6 bolt and work my way fomr there or rebuild my 7 bolt. Which would be least expensive? What do i need to replace if i rebuild my 7 bolt?

The key is determining what went wrong and finding out if it can be fixed. There's still no absolute answer as to what causes CW. If you can diagnose it on your engine, and repair or correct the cause, let us know. But your cheapest route is probably another motor.

Well when i depress my clutch there seems to be something banging in the engine, somwhere near the clutch.A reeally disturbing sound to tell you the truth.Mt 7 bolt has 120k miles and alreayd hoped on getting a new one.Have any idea where i can find one for cheap?
