91 Talon TCU location

New to the whole DSM thing, I picked up this 91Talon and am interested in going all out on it but need to fix a few things fisrt.
1. Having Limp mode issues and need to know where the TCU is located ?
2. On a 91 everyone has been telling me to pull the codes on the tranny. Where? I already hooked the analog voltmeter to the harness located next to the fuse box. (pins 1 & 12) No codes. But it seems to only pull up engine codes there. Is there somewhere else for the Tranny codes or is everyone talking out there bunge holes?

I read the TCU is located next to the ECU under the center console.
Can anyone confirm this ?
