No gears at all in auto awd

I just re installed my tranny and it has no gears(does not pull). I looked under hood and noticed my kickdown servo wire had pulled out of the switch/sensor. Could this cause the tranny to not operate? I thought maybe my pump went out but what do you guys think?

Your car will still move with the wire off, it will just be in limp mode. You have another problem. Maybe the converter was not fully engaged and now the pump is crushed. See if it has the ability to pump fluid through the cooler lines (engine running in neutral).

I forgot to mention who ever put the used torque converter in had the flex plate on backwards. It has no fluid being pumped to the oil cooler.
