After my Swap, I have been fighting my disengagment problems, I just cant seem to get the clutch to let go so I can get it into gear. Yesterday i replaced the slave cylinder and rebleed the system This still didnt help! Today I got under the dash pulled back the boot on the Clutch Master to notice dark brown fluid not really leaking maybe slowly but its there, I pumped the clutch pedal a few good times and noticed dark brown fluid on the ground straight under the resevoir! I think i found the problem!

This is it right, i would really like to know before going and blowing $70 on one of these things. Their are 2 kindas one with speed sensor one with not which do I need? I dont have cruise control so no need for speed sensor?

I have since cleaned the mess since this morning 2 hours have gone by and i have been pumping it every hour or so so far no leas inside the car, but i do notice 3-4 drips on the ground of the dark brokwn fluid under the resevoir,

A very slow leak like this would this, could cause my clutch not to realease corrwect? maybe its not building enough pressure? My guess the seals are bad. I wish someone would answer

You need to rebuild/replace your master cylinder. It is why you are having disengagement problems. Also check to see if your Slave Cylinder is leaking (chances are it is.)

I replaced the slave because your right it was leaking yesterday after i pulled the boot. I have no idea where the clutch master is leaking, but its a really slow drip leak. I also believe i shoulda shimmed my fulcrum ball on my fork its way over to the left when the TOB is just touching the pressure plate. I read the fork end should be centered in the boot with the tob just touching the pressure plate can anyone confirm this

Wow Taboo has a very good page on that, I believe in my case the fork is coming off the ba;;, since my hydrolics are leaking and i cant get the clutch to release when pedal is to the floor thanks that explained well
