my 5th gears pops up and down and sometimes pops into neutral.

in 5th if I give it gas sometimes the shifter pops around and then if I let off it goes back to position. But sometimes it pops out of gear when I let off the gas.

All other gears work perfectly. Any ideas on what may cause this?
