1G Symptoms of a fused lsd...??

Alright guys, what are some common symptoms of a fused or melted together lsd in a 1G?? I need some serious with this one....

VC itself does not fuse together, it usually fails by offering less and less resistance effectively turning your center diff into an open until. However, but center diff itself can lock in couple of different ways (from abuse). In ether way, the effect is the same your car feels like a truck in a 4x4 mode. You will feel wheels “skip” while making tight turns.

BTW, how is that Cummins Diesel turbo working out on your 1G? You had some strong words to the doubters, but never backed them up with any pictures…

Can these same 4x4 like symptoms be caused by the rear diff being broke/damaged??

I am not sure… But I doubt it, rear diff never sees that much of a difference between the wheel speeds to lock up in the same manner. I did once have rear diff lock-up due to low oil. In that case the entire car just came to a stop, just like when transfer case runs dry of its oil.

The reason I brought this up is that I've been experiencing the classic 4x4 wheel skip while turning, especially in reverse. I purchased the car from what seemed to be a mature owner in very nice original condition and it had zero modifications, so I was wary of the center diff being broken. Recently at a car show I discussed this with another 1g dsm owner and he said he had the same problem. He had damaged spider gears and changing the rear solved the problem. When I changed the fluids after purchasing this car the rear end was somewhat thick and gray/metallic in color. I figured it was just normal wear...now I'm wondering.
