i have a 1998 eclipse spyder gst automatic with 27,000 miles
mods
-injen intake
-catless exhaust with stock downpipe
-intercooler piping (from intercooler to throttle body)
-hks bov recirculated
-greddy "big" fmic
-autometer boost and air/fuel gauge
after what every1 has said, the t25 isnt all that bad i dont think. after all these mods ive gotten some pritty nice gains from the tiny turbo. i just dont like the fact that it does not hold boost at high rpms. it pulls nicely untill about 4500 rpms and then just dies as we all know.
all i want is a decent turbo that pulls hard through the whole rpm range.
i do not want a 14b.
i dont want to modify my transmission at all, so i want a turbo that i cannot blow up my tranny with.
I NEED ANY AND ALL SUGGESTIONS!!!!
-with each turbo that u all suggest please describe it in detail:
maximum capacity horsepower
cfm size
maximum boost efficiency
mods needed to properly run it
(remember i have an automatic, so i gotta take it easy on it)
(also what tranny fluid do you all suggest? could i get the dealership to put it in for me?)
thank you again
