well i noticed in an other thread you guys said you didnt like you obx shifter i just installed mine today after work and i must say i really like it it was a simple install and i love the feel of it smooth so far i havent really had a chance to slam the gears (dont have license do to a 30 day suspenson) and i was in the development too many kids runnin around i do have some common sense.

I have yet to find anything by OBX on any car that fits with precision. You noted that it shifts smooth? That would tell me it's still a little too loose. I like that the B&M either slams to a halt if I'm in between the gates, or slams into gear if I'm right. It won't let me get away with rolling into a gear. I also know exactly when the synchros are meshed since I can feel it all the way back up the handle. I will admit that I use OBX strut bars, and they blow too. Loosest, flimsiest things I've seen. I plan on replacing those soon. Their pedals? Don't fit either, so don't try. After so many problems I say down with OBX.
