I just changed the tranny oil yesterday in my brothers 95 gst and I noticed that when we first started it up there was a noise at idle. Its kind of like the whine when theres not enough oil in it but its pretty quiet. You can just hear the gears spinning. Took it for a drive and didnt notice any whining at all and it shifted great. Then we came back home and got out while it was running to listen for that noise again and it was gone. But after its been sitting for a while (like all night) and it starts up you can hear the noise again. Its rather quiet and goes away after its been driven. Is this out of the ordinary or is it just fine? By the way I filled it with 2 and a half quarts of Penzoil Synchromesh.

It was my brothers car that we changed it into. He said he noticed the difference right away and was easier to get into 1st without coming to a complete stop. Its still shifting noticably better today.
