Hard to put in gear

Alright , sometimes when i drive, i cant put the car into first. It doesnt grind, its jsut that it takes too much force to get it in. Like i have to be at a completer stop. Just wanted some opinions on it. Thanks

Start with the basics. Is your clutch fluid reservoir filled? Any leaks?

In other words it sounds like your clutch isn't dis engaging enough. So check what he said and if all is well there try adjusting your clutch a little and if that still dosen't fix the problem you probably have a bad master cylinder.
