Ok heres what happened, to make a long story short i bought my car with a dieing clutch and by the time i finally got my car fixed to drive it as my daily it was ready to go. Now im pulling through an intersection and all the sudden my car like "locks up" it was a quick shudder and then that was it. Ok so now what im wondering is do you think it was the clutch or the transmission too? My engine still cranks, I can move the stick around (though it doesnt catch any gears) and i can push the clutch pedal in all the way, but i cant move the car i push the cas down take the clutch out and the engine just stalls out. Wierd huh? What do yall think?

I would replace your tranny fluid if I were you. When you drain it see if there are any metal shaffings on the plug or in the fluid. If there is no fluid that could be the problem. Try this and keep me posted.:dsm:

Sounds like your transfer case has locked up. If the front wheels move and the rear wheels are locked up then you can be pretty sure it's the t-case.
