is something loose in there?

the tranny shifts fine, i drained the fluid to check for metal bits and nothing.
heres the deal:
i will let out the clutch in first and right as the clutch has pretty much fully engauged, it makes a little vibration noise until i get the momentum of the car going.
then, i will drive easy in first gear, no boost, its fine. i accelerate and it begins to grind/vibrate.
this happens in every gear. i have replaced the center diff recently as well as the viscous coupler. it now has a welded center diff, and a VCE eliminator on it.
what do you guys think is going on here? i want to say its something thats loose, but im not sure. maybe a loose flywheel or loose gears. what are the chances of it being the front differential? thanks for the help.

Sounds like your flywheel may be warped a little and the ring gear may slip or something. Its hard to tell from what you said but you shoudl look into that. have you replaced the clutch recently? Have your flywheel resurfaced and if so what was the step at?

my clutch was just replaced with an act 2600. the flywheel is at a step of .609 i guess i might as well begin to drop the tranny and see what the problem is. hopefully i can find it
