anyone have pics of normal gear wear compared to excess?

im rebuilding my spare trans and it never had any grinds and shifted smoothly beside a bit notchy 3rd and 4th once in a while , im replacing 3/4 synchro and a few bearings , my 2nd gear looks a bit worn though, the teeth on the slider are a bit rounder than they should be along with some wear signs on the few other pieces. i cleaned off any burrs i found on all the parts but seeing this im suprised i didnt have any problems shifting ever. i cant afford more parts right now so its going back how it was but id like to see a pic of a normally worn and ok gear set vs an extremely worn one thats gonna cause problems, google isnt really finding anything useful .

Rounded off teeth on the gear will degrade the shift quality. The slider is usually worn more. As long as they aren't completely worn off it will be ok. Post a picture. I've been running stuff in my car, that shops would throw away, and it shifts pretty good. I shift at 9k.

Most important thing is having a good synchro, and not having a dragging clutch. I prefer to use the older fiber lined synhro's where I can't run a double syncho. I cut a diagonal slot in the fiber so it sheds the gear oil away. They don't last as long like this tho.
 
well i see someone deleted their post.... and i went ahead and put the trans in. it shifts smoothly so i guess the wear is just normal otherwise id be crunching right about now..
