i have 1990 eclipse gsx i think my transfure case locked up and grabed my transmission and cracked it is this possable?

that is quite common... there's a recal from mitsu. for that, you should call and give them you VIN and see if it's been done on your car.

been there and got the t-shirt. Should be able to get it all fixed threw the recall.
