axles keep leaking

I wad wondering if anybody could help me out with this issue i have changed my axle seals three times now with oem axle seals and they keep leaking. I know i did the installation right so thats not the problem. But when i changed my seals last time and topped off my tranny with gear oil it start leaking instantly right after that could it be my axles that are bad. I didnt really see any wear on the axles and i didnt have any play in my tranny bearings i tried to move them around when i stuck my finger in the input. I also double checked to see if all my bell housing bolts and my tranny mounts bolt are tight and they all are. I am really stumped and leaking expensive gear oil. If sonebody could give me any input on this. It woulf be greatly appreciated. And i also did notice a lighy clunk wgen i change gears. So i am thinking that could also be an issue that is causing a leak the aound is coming from the front passenger side of the tranny.
