Any one know what a 90-91 AWD rear-end is worth?

Like it say's how much are these rear-ends going for either used or rebuilt. I have a guy looking for one and know where to get one but I want to know what is typical for price range.

not as much as a 4 bolt.... i get junkyard cost 4 bolts at 300 so i would think 250-275+ their markup...
