Well, I was pretty determined that this was simply just a bad throwout bearing, but I'm exploring other potential suspects..The noise starts when I push in the clutch, and goes away as soon as I let off the clutch, and I believe I can faintly hear it while driving...I had planned on pulling the tranny today, but it is supposed to rain, so I thought I would post it up and see what you guys think..Here is a link to the video

It kind of sounded like something might have flew off the car about a few days before this started, I was giving her a little gas, but that was while I was having problems with my manifold bolts backing out and shooting out (now resolved) so I kinda figured it was that..

man did you find out what the problem was? I have exactly the same noise. It happened to me today after i launched the car. I think its the TOB but i'm no for sure
