No First Or Second Gear(tranny Problems?)

I am having problems ,when i put it into first or second ,it wont go into gear, i let out the clutch and its like its in neutral?
if i put it into third it starts to grab , and goes.
no problems with 4th and 5th

anyone had any problems like this ? let me know .
im trying to get diffrent opionins

It could be something wrong with the shifting mechanism inside the tranny. Maybe a broken 1/2 shift fork, or the ears on the shift rail broke, or the roll pin that holds the shift fork in place fell out.
