Using a pump for brakes

Last year while staging I had serious issues with keeping the car put under boost.
I have seen a few guys using pumps for the brakes. Is there some where I can find a suitable pump or a diagram? Or is it as simple as T-ing into the brake booster and installing a pump giving it power then hooking it to a switch?

Maybe boost pressure is going into your brake booster. There should be a check valve that is supposed to prevent this.

Check the booster out! If thats not the issue, you could go with a line lock. They also sell electric vacuum pump in summit catalog. They are for muscle cars with big cams. My cousin runs one in his malibu and works great on the street.
