1G-specific clutch problems???

ok ive looked on this site and only seen one thread about this and it didnt really solve my problem. i have a 91 gst its basicly stock and for the last couple weeks sometims the clutch feels nice and stiff other times it goes to the floor with no problem like it isnt there. And now the car sometimes wont come out of gear push the clutch as far down as i can and it doesnt disengage the clutch. car has trouble shifting most of the time, trouble getting into reverse then other times car shifts fine. so im thinking its my master cylinder or slave cylinder but im not sure never really had clutch problems on any other car of mine. My fluid levels are good in the master cylinder. so i guess my question is what should i do to fix this and anyone else ever had this problem and how did you fix it? like i said ive only seen one thread about this so i started my own thread due to every car is differnt so i might have something else wrong with my car im over looking.

edit: also my clutch will sometime stay at the floor when i take my foot off then pop back a second later (this just started today with it sticking to the floor), but it only sticks when the clutch doesnt do anything when i push in the pedal
