Clutch Slippin????

How can i tell if my clutch is slippin??will the car jerk ?

There is certain was to tell. This is the easy way to tell. Go WOT throttle in 1 gear. to to 6500 rpm. Slam it into second. if the rpm's go up but you dont go faster then you know its slipping.

thats one way. The way you also can tell is if you put in 4th gear ans let the clutch out. Dont just drop it. but let it out slow like you would in first gear. If the car stalls out as soon as the clutch engages then your clutch should be good. If it doesn t stall right away it is slipping. This is how most machanics test clutches
