2G-specific Tranny Leaking!?!?

Well, I went to the track last night for the first time with the slicks. Got a decent run the second time with a hard launch. On the way home I pulled over with my friend because he had to get gas and I noticed a trail of fluid coming from my car. Relized it was tranny fluid and tried to look around and see where it was coming from. It stopped leaking for little so I drove again. My friend followed behind me to watch the car and see if started leaking a lot. He said it was leaking on and off on the way home. The car never felt weird the entire way home. Shifting feels the same, turning feels the same. It is still leaking and I just jacked up the car to have a look. When I jacked up the car tranny fluid was everywhere because it was getting sprayed. It was dripping from the bottom of the bell housing right under the flywheel. I cannot find any loose bolt or hole. Any ideas about this? I've never seen this before.

You likely snapped off a front differential spider gear tooth, and sent it through your bellhousing.

The transmission will need to be pulled, cleaned, rebuilt, and either weld up your bellhousing, or purchase a new one depending on damage.

Sorry dude, been there, done that also.

Didn't find any holes anywhere... Tranny is obviously coming out, but just trying to get some ideas together...

The hole is likely on the inside of the bellhousing next to the front differential. The result of damage like this would be gear oil leaking out between the engine and block and exiting the vehicle at the flywheel inspection plate area.
