fluid leak

I was changing my oil yesterday and I notice a good size leak comming from the passenger side behind the tranny, looks like its comming from the axle connection to the I guess transfer case ? Could this just be a simple berring or seal to fix in my garrage with basic tools or does this require special tools for a shop to deal with.
Im pretty good on fixing my own gear, I just never delt with alot of tranny work. Any suggestions ?

What is it leaking? THe axles do not go into the transfer case.... need more info dude (candela)

I mean the driveshaft.. whare it connects behind the tranny aera its leaking there. pasenger side shaft.
