What do you usually drive in Economy mode or power mode? I read in one place that the only difference is the RPM's where the tranny shifts and that it is recomended to drive in power mode below 50 and economy above 50 to prevent uneccesary wear on the tranny? If anyone could help set me straight it would be greatly appreciated?

like you said, the only difference is where the tranny shifts. The power mode is supposed to make it shift higher. In terms of wear and tear on it, i've heard that the power mode is the better one in terms of strain on your tranny. dont know about under 50 or over 50...
