wont go into 1st and you have to force it to go into second and this is the second day i have driven it.

It goes into all the gears no i had to let it warm up? still is a little touchy needs the cables adjusted any suggetions?

I would suggest you stop driving it, because you are doing serious damage to the synchro blocker rings. Sounds like your clutch is dragging. Try this, but be careful:

1) Have the car running with the e-brake off so it can roll.
2) Push the clutch pedal all the way to the floor and hold it there.
3) Turn off your launch limiter in DSM link so the engine can hit 7K RPM.
4) Put the car into 1st gear.
5) Rev the engine up until you feel the car start to move forward.

If the car moves forward below 7200RPM, your clutch is dragging. DO NOT DRIVE UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS FIXED! Unit will also be hard to shift.

I dont have dsm link but the car has a act 2600 in it.

Also the clutch only goes in and out on the floor or about half clutch peddle out.
- dont think thats normal
It does have a new clutch master and the cables where replaced, thought the cables need to be badly adjusted.

I will try the 7k thing tomorrow, thanks

Almost sounds like your clutch pedal z-bar is bad. If you push the pedal to the floor and then let go can you pull the pedal all the way back up with your hand??

Make sure you have enough clutch fluid. If it's really low, you might have gotten air into the hydraulic system and therefore you will need to bleed.

You can also adjust your clutch pedal if half of it doesn't do anything. I think that's what you meant. Next time please be more clear with your grammar.

Scroll down to Clutch Adjustment.

I had a similar problem. I bled the slave cylinder and it was all better. How to: With the car off, get a 10mm wrench. Then lay on the floor and look under your car directly in front of the fmic opening. You'll see it bolted under the engine. Now go into the car, pump your clutch pedal 5 times to the floor. Then come back to the front of the car, go under, and bleed the slave cylinder port. Open then close it. Do not leave it open for too long though. Do this process twice. Then try to drive the car.

Good luck

It returns to normal potion so there is not a prob with that but would low tranny fluid in it cause it to be harder to shift, i notice when it gets really hot or i dog it it seams to over heat and not wanna shift.

yes. In Leymans terms. Air compresses easier than the fluid. So low fluid will allow air to get in the lines. So when you are pushing the pedal, the air is compressing and not forcing the slave to apply pressure to the fork.

may be time to put some better fluid in if its doing that.
Worn assembly can cause this problem. Loose tranny bolts. Cables that are ripped/torn. Yeah they may need adjusted. How is the bracket on the tranny? If its loose it will do it. More than likely you are going to have to at least replace fluid bleed the lines and do some adjusting and check some bolts! A little goes a long way! And if it is your pedal assembly Then everything above is all for not.
