Metal Shavings in Transmission

Hey guys, Just wondering, if there's a noticeable amount of metal shavings in my transmission, what would the primary source of that be?

I know that when i changed my clutch master cylinder i set it a little too high, so there was some excessive clutch burning dont to the car for a hard 5-10 miles. Also, i tended to play a lot with the DSMLink Launch Feature. but i've never had a problem with the transmission shifting. could either of these be the source of the shavings, also, would the transmission still be ok if the flywheel and clutch were changed?

Goldish is your synchros, metal sahvings could be a gear most likely. if the trans is still shifting fine then you can change the clutch and flywheel but i would also change the trans fluid every 300 miles to get all the shavings out.

Not trying to be rude, but could you explain what the clutch and flwheel have to do with metal in the transmission?.
The shavings could be from gears or bearings being abused, from you "playing" with the launch feature on your link

Im not 100% sure if a manual is the same as the automatic in the respect that they have magnets inside. When i opened mine up before a rebuild, one of my magnets got destroyed. The parts were lying in the bottom of the pan.
