Hi I did a couple of searches. Tried the VFAQ and on a 1g 3bolt to 4bolt swap they talk about dropping the rear diff.

I am doing my AWD swap and wondering if I will have to do the same on the 2g to installe the rear axles? I have the rear lower control arm off and the shock disconnected. Doesn't seem like I can get the axle in between the diff and hub so far. Any tricks to this?

Thanks.

Not really. I have everyting unattached except for the 4 top UCA bolts and the trailing arm.

Got it. Thanks.
