Throw Out Bearing rattle

I have a problem with the Throw out bearing. I had a rattle in the Bell Housing of the Transmission, Had my mechanic take a look and it was the Bearing. This was about 1 month ago. I had the Clutch, Pressure Plate and Bearing replaced. 1 month later (8,000 mi) I have that same rattle, sounds like the Bearing again!!!! Do any of you know what would cause this? Is the shaft in the tranny wobbling or something? I also have an extremely random hesitation problem, which I now think is the bearing getting "hung" up on whatever it is that is destroying it. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Wow I have the very same rattle outta the bell housing. I have the tranny and clutch done last August, and this started rattling just recently.
My bro the mechanic says its the throw-out bearing.

Just a question, is there any one else with this problem ?

When i first got my car i had a o.e.m. clutch put in at a satan shop and the throw out bearing made noise from day one .It lasted 30k miles, about a dozen drag runs and probably as many street launches.The noise will probably get worse but unless you have engagement problems i wouldnt worry to much right now.
