1990 swap... what should i do now?

alright guys i just put on my 90 awd tranny and transfer case on my 92and also a new slave cylinder and bled the sytem. . i havent put tranny fluid yet. but i noticed that i can go into gears only went the car is off. once its on, it doesnt go into any gears at all. what should i do????
i need help fast.

You also need the shifter and cables from a 90 to get it to work properly. In 91, they changed tranny, tc, shifter cable linkage on tranny, shifter cables, and the shifter itself.
