N/A,
I have a problem that I cannot seem to find an answer for. I have had the hydraulic clutch line that goes to the slave master cylinder go out on me several times. The first time the line was cracked under the fitting that screws into the banjo bolt on the slave mater cylinder. The second time, a month later, the leak was back in the same place but the line did not seem to be cracked. I then replaced the slave master cylinder and the hydraulic line. It was fine again for about a month. The third time, I took it to the dealer. They fixed it and it held for a little over amonth but it is leaking yet again. Does anyone know why this may be occurring?

the slave master cylinder???

are you talking about the slave cylinder? the one near the bottom of the radiator, next to the center member?

if you're talking about the line that goes from the slave cylinder to the resevoir tank that's on the front of the tranny, then i've had that happen to me several times aswell... i replaced it twice, and it still leaked....

just go to RRE, and order the SS braided clutch line... i wish i would have known before that it was the part that i needed. it would have saved me a bunch of headaches, aswell as my 2nd gear synchro's:mad:

here's the link: http://www.roadraceengineering.com/ecldrivetrain.htm
it's near the bottom of the page....

Yes it is the one from the slave cylinder to the resevoir. I dont wish this on anyone but I am glad I am not the only one. I have thought about getting that part and wondering if it would work. I am glad to hear that it fixed your problem.

Does the line replace the junction at the banjo bolt? In one of the pictures it looks like it replaces the banjo bolt union all together which is where the leak is happening.

Thank you for your help
