So apparently about 6 months ago when I couldn't get my car to disengage with my new clutch, I took the car to a mechanic and he must have stipped out the front lower t-case hole. I suppose it will have to be helicoiled, but I've been driving the car like it is for awhile now. Any idea what size the helicoil is? It's a pretty large one... Any other suggestions?

Missing 1 bolt from your transfercase will not cause a problem with your clutch engagement. You need to check your clutch adjustment if you're still having the problem.

Also, it's not going to kill your car to only have 4 bolts on the t-case, I made all my (~15ish) 12 second passes like this and nothing loosened up. If you want to coil it, fine, but good luck finding a coil kit in that size.

I've already fixed the engagement problem months ago. Like I said, I've been driving it for awhile. Hopefully it won't hurt anything...
