how to adjust the clutch pedal?

hey what's goin on everyone.... i wanted to know how to adjust the clutch pedal height. i think my clutch isn't dis-engagingm all the way, because when the car warms up it's hard to put in and out of gears. we adjusted the clutch before my new ACT2600..... because i wanted to get the last little bit of use out of it.... but we never set it back. anyone know how to solve this problem?!
